How could I wear this?

Try wearing nice black (or jean) shorts, with thigh high tights under them (or full length tights if you don't want to show skin) and stuff part of the front shirt into the shorts. I would definitely layer the shirt with a loose fitted vest, (doesn't have to be a thick one since it's summer) accessorize with nice rings, nothing too bling.. something more stony looking. Because of the length of the shirt wear with wedges but if you prefer flats would look fine too.
