Is my teacher this dumb?

I'm very worried about mental state of my substitute teacher. I know she is at least 70 years old and has been tagging for 40 years. The thing that worries me is that she try's and plugs in a book in this pad that's made for laptops to plug into in order to project images. Yes, a book. When we were supposed to watch a movie she tried to put a VCR into a DVD player... For 25mins. Even though this is extremely funny, I'm kinda worried. Should I report this or let the comedy of this elder keep on going?
