What's the name of this little kid movie/show?

Okay, so when I was little, I had this VCR and it was like, Little Tikes or something. They were little people, like those little toys that were short and stubby that would drive cars and stuff? I remember that one they were in a corn field and the sun started popping the corn so one kid climbed up the rainbow and caught the popcorn in his umbrella. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
