What is the value of a non-functional limited edition Breitling Navitimer 1461/52 model A38022 watch?

The strap is not original. The watchman told me the inside mechanism of the watch seems to be in excellent condition, but none of the hands on the face work and he could not tell me exactly what was wrong with the watch.
