Microsoft security essentials problem?

everytime i start up my computer, my security essentials always detects a threat, but the threat is always a random PID and when i look for it in the task manager, i can't find that process. I tell security essentials to remove it and it does but then when i start my computer up again it always detects another PID as a threat. Can someone help me with this?
