MSI 890FXA-GD65 or GIGABYTE GA-990XA-UD3 motherboard?

Since the Gigabyte is AM3+ ready with the newest chip set and the MSI isn't....Since the Gigabyte has more peripheral slots/ports...and there's only $7.00 difference in price...I'd go for the Gigabyte
