How can i get my rca tv off of video without the remote?

i have an rca 13 inch tv that i lost the remote for. its stuck on what i assume is input or video. i cant switch it with the manual button on the tv because its on video and wont go off. i tried all the menus even a channel search and still wont go off of video? its just a tv, no vcr or dvd built in. its about 3 to 4 years old.
