Technology Comparison?

Ok, so my computer solutions teacher said that we have to do a technology comparison. We have to interview a parent or grandparent about what technology items that have evolved. Examples would be the Walkman to the IPod, VCR to DVD, Analog Clock to Digital Clock. I only need one more....help :/
