What is a collection of information called such as having all television screens on the same screen?

Not an archive, not a database. It's a term used for observing all information at once for enlightened or illuminated individuals. Consider Ozymandias in the watchmen watching all television channels at once. Or in V for Vendetta every sense being compartmentalized and dedicated to surveillance. What do you call this in a non ominous sense but by scientific terminology?
